generation contractor, Louis A. Manitta. During the last 25 years we operated as a licensed
General Contractor in the states of New York, Montana and Upper Michigan. Over the last eight
years we have also been part of an elite team who have dedicated their time and services to
natural disaster and rural development projects in Florida, Mississppi and Kentucky (where Louis
has been honored as a Kentucky Colonel for his work performance and for bringing economic

When we started operations as a General Contractor back in 1985, we operated with special
focuses on Roofing and Siding. Through the years we have become the "Roofing and Siding
Experts", but this label didn't just come from our volume of business. It came from hard work,
education and dedication to "always being on top of things".
Through the years we have built onto our high standards of quality work with even higher
standards for knowledge and education in every aspect of the home building and construction
trade. The industry has gone through many highs and lows and even more changes with
materials, products, building codes, safety laws and certification & licensing requirements. The
knowledge and wisdom we continue to gain from these things, that some may call "obstacles",
